Bacchanalia 2024 Cancellation PolicyCancellations must be made in writing, a certified letter or by e-mail with receipt to sales@rightconectionstravel.com and support@hhsocialclub.com No exceptions, NO PHONE CANCELLATIONS. 1) Any reservation cancelled 180 days or more before the arrival date will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the value of one (1) night. 2) Any reservation cancelled with less than 180 days but more than 120 days before the arrival date will receive a refund of any amount paid minus the value of two (2) nights. 3) Any reservation cancelled less than 120 days but more than 90 days will forfeit the value of two (2) nights, the remainder will be converted to a credit for future use for a resort booking or a H&H event. Credits are good for a period of one year with the exception of being rolled over to the 2025 takeover. 4) Any cancellations 90 days or less before arrival, or "No-Show" reservations will receive no refunds, 100% of funds will be forfeited. Transfer of reservation to someone else is authorized with a $75 processing fee. If we have a waiting list, we can facilitate the transfer to another party. 5) Late arrivals and early departures are not refundable. All reservations are due in full by date listed on invoice. 6) Transfers from other events to this event are subject to the cancellation policies from their original event that were in effect on the date of the transfer (i.e. if you were in a 100% cancellation period this invoice is in a 100% cancellation status starting the date booked).
