While Desire Resorts does not guarantee room requests, we try our best to honor them. The more general the request, such as "ground floor room please," the easier it is to accommodate the request. Desire Resort has now changed all rooms to one King Bed, so there is no need to request a King Bed. Specific room requests are more complicated as the room you desire may already be occupied during your specific dates. In any case, we will do our best to accommodate your room requests. When looking to make your reservation at Desire Resort, please keep in mind that the resort operates near 90% occupancy year round. The major holiday weekends, Valentine's, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day, all sell out three to four months in advance. Christmas and New Year's normally sell out six months or more in advance and require a six-night minimum stay for these periods.
With just a $200 deposit, you can hold your very important vacation dates. You can choose just to deposit, or chip away at your vacation total with our innovative payment plans. In either case, all reservations to Desire Resorts are due in full, thirty days before your anticipated arrival.
